  • Use a customerfocused approach and problemsolving skills to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain strong relationships by making courtesy calls to valued clients and soliciting feedback.

Requirements:


  • Proven customer service experience or relevant background.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Outstanding problemsolving abilities.
  • Must be able to commute to the office in St Asaph.
