An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our inpatient specialist dementia ward and functional older people's mental health wards based at Franklyn Hospital in Exeter as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.

The Occupational Therapy service at Franklyn is a small and supportive team of staff that aim to provide a strengths based which is person centred in order to support people to recover and maintain their quality of life, skills and interests.

Franklyn Hospital provides high quality of care and treatment for people who have complex health needs and / or a dementia.

We are looking to recruit people who share our trust values in delivering high quality care and treatment and want to make a difference in improving older peoples lives every day.

We are able to offer staff in house training and support in order to develop their skills and knowledge and there are wider opportunities for development.

We are able to offer flexible working hours, free on site parking and other wellbeing support initiatives for our staff.
