CONSUMER SERVICES EXECUTIVE
Based in Bridgend hours per week - however is very negotiable (We are very open to Flexible hour for example 9am-3pm for people looking for more family friendly hours)

Salary - £22K Pro Rata + Monthly Bonus

Reporting to Product Director

Responsibilities
Assisting in the Day to Day operations of the department by ensuring timely completion of the allocated duties including:

  • Processing Daily web orders and sample requests
  • Taking manual orders / refunds over the phone
  • Maintain QA spreadsheets
  • Maintaining company Website adjusting product information, imagery, adding new lines and monitoring reviews
  • Monitoring and managing customer reviews on online platforms.

£22,000.00 per year
