CONSUMER SERVICES EXECUTIVE
Based in Bridgend hours per week - however is very negotiable (We are very open to Flexible hour for example 9am-3pm for people looking for more family friendly hours)
Salary - £22K Pro Rata + Monthly Bonus
Reporting to Product Director

- Computer Literate with Microsoft Office programmes.

Responsibilities
Assisting in the Day to Day operations of the department by ensuring timely completion of the allocated duties including:
- Processing Daily web orders and sample requests
- Taking manual orders / refunds over the phone
- Maintain QA spreadsheets
- Maintaining company Website adjusting product information, imagery, adding new lines and monitoring reviews
- Monitoring and managing customer reviews on online platforms.
