Join us for a 6 month fixed term contract as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to make a bigger business impact with your sourcing skills and wider talents.
This role can be based at either our Croydon or London office with flexible working available.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain market intelligence knowledge of our competitors and understand the recruiting landscape to be able to provide ongoing feedback to recruiters to help keep Managers informed and manage realistic expectations about the local market.
Utilize Beamery to keep at the forefront of talent identification and implement CRM tactics to engage and maintain diverse talent communities.
Participate in and help drive diversity recruiting strategies to attract a diverse workforce and build and actively manage diverse talent pipelines and nurture relationships.
- Demonstrated experience with the successful execution of direct sourcing methodologies, tools & techniques (i.e. networking, research, recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
Be able to maintain in-depth and up-to-date business intelligence of relevant competitors, market conditions, hiring trends, and other relevant market data.
