A position has become available for a Part-time Membership Sales Consultant to support the existing Sales teams within the Anytime Fitness Club.

You will enjoy helping the rest of the teamwork reach targets in a dynamic environment and liaise confidently with all club departments concerning membership sales matters.

Understanding marketing and social media would be a bonus but is optional.

Hours: 28 hours per week, Fixed Timetable. Extra hours available for holiday cover. Commission for every sale and a bonus for the person who can achieve the most prospective leads.

Principle duties: Providing excellent service to potential members by answering calls and arranging appointments.
To conduct sales tours of the facilities and guide prospective customers on the type of membership category best suited to their needs.
Create excellent experience for guests through a friendly and helpful attitude To ensure all prospective members receive the appropriate information and tour of the facilities To be responsible for the administration of membership paperwork and to ensure that it is processed accordingly.
To be responsible for recording daily sales in the database system and for being familiar with the total membership sales of the club.
To be fully aware and have experience in promotional activities, outreach, and sales targets. ( Important )
Help to keep the gym a place which is safe and wellmaintained for members.

Position Requirements:

To assist in delivering the highest standards of customer care throughout the service Ability to work with others in a fun, fastpaced environment. Well presented and very organised. Excellent written English and telephone manner are essential. They are highly committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
To help drive customer engagement through outreach and community events
Have experience doing outreach, leafleting and data capture ( Sales do not happen without prospects, and you need to know about getting prospect leads
To have an enthusiastic approach to health and fitness

Outreach is a big part of the club's success, so we need a positive outlook on engagement with prospects during our leading generation camp events, leafleting, and data capture.

Salary:
£15,500.00-£16,000.00 per year
