Are you interested in working for an award winning social care charity?

Personal Assistants (Support Workers) have the most important role within ENABLE Scotland by making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support.

No two days are the same for our Personal Assistants but what we can guarantee is that you will be supporting someone with a learning disability to achieve their goals and outcomes - whatever they may be

Each person we support has different support needs, so your role as Support Worker may include assisting them with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support whilst expanding their social networks and connections.

ENABLE Scotland creates a bespoke team around every individual we support, and our team of Personal Assistants work collaboratively to ensure the safety, wellbeing and aspirations of the people we support are met.

The Best in _You_ Brings Out the Best in _Me_

The people we support have many varied interests and hobbies and have many of the same dreams and aspirations as we do; they just too often do not get the opportunity to experience these same opportunities.

A career with ENABLE Scotland is as rewarding as it is diverse, Personal Assistants at _their_
best have the potential to truly bring out _the_
best in the people we support.

Let us introduce you to the Ladies

Jane, Linda and Susan recently moved into a beautiful new house together, a home that they are very proud of, and they are 3 wonderful ladies.

Jane loves music, is a fashionista who can give the best catwalk strut, and is one of the friendliest people you could meet.

Jane loves being busy and making art and jewellery.

A typical day could be going to the cinema or a cafe, or even just to have a wander around her local community.

In her downtime, Jane enjoys watching movies, making jewellery, art and just having a general blether with friends.

Linda loves being out and about and getting to know what's going on in her new area.

Linda loves looking after own home, even paying the bills at the bank She is full of smiles and laughter and makes the best French toast.

A typical day could be going to the shop for a magazine or essential items and a walk around the beautiful parks.

In her downtime she loves being creative, cooking and playing games. And she will beat you at Play Your Cards Right.

Susan loves catching up with her family and going out for a walk around the local parks. Susan loves cooking, 80's music and singing.

A typical day for Susan is going for a walk around the area, going to the shop for her essentials and visiting church.

In her downtime Susan likes to do puzzles, baking, listen to the radio and just enjoy a good chat and company with her friends,

Sadly, it's not always possible for Jane, Linda and Susan to enjoy what many people would consider these 'simple pleasures' without proper, dedicated support.

That is why they need you Will you bring _your_
best so that Jane, Linda and Susan can live _their _
best lives?
