Working for a growing business based in Nottingham, you will be responsible for a team of 3, overseeing the accounts payable processes of the Group.

You will ensure a controlled accounts payable ledger, via prompt and efficient processing of invoices, the reconciliation of supplier statements and raising appropriate payments.

What We Need from Yü:

Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:

Ownership of accounts payable function
Management of 3 assistants
Management of processing of invoices with key suppliers
Ensuring prompt approval of invoices aligned with delegated level of authority
Raising payments to suppliers under strict timelines
Reconciling supplier statements and ensuring discrepancies or debit balances are resolved
Improvement and oversight of accounts payable processes
Providing insight into spend for cost centre owners
