37 hours per week - 12 months Fixed Term

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Liaison Officer.


The overall purpose of the role is to support the Major Improvement Works (MIW) Team by delivering a high level of liaison, engagement and support to customers ahead of and during improvement work programmes.


You will be the central point of contact for our customers, providing clear and accurate communication regarding the nature of the works that are happening and supporting customers with after care as required.


As part of the role you will play a key role in participating in all aspects of customer engagement in relation to the work to proactively support and resolve any problems as they occur.


We are looking for someone with a good technical knowledge of housing repairs and maintenance, as well as the procedures and regulations relating to housing and property services.

You should have experience of dealing with customers, a positive, can-do attitude, resilience to deal effectively with disappointed customers and the ability to remain calm, tolerant and professional in a stressful and demanding environment.

£28,706.00 per year
