About the role
- Responsible for promoting independence, dignity, and the quality of life for our residents.
- Help our residents maintain active and independent lives through the design, creation and delivery of individualised activity plans
- Working closely with your colleagues within the homes you will design and create a calendar of entertainment within the home
- Have a creative flare and thinking process.
