About the Home -

  • Residential, nursing care and specialist dementia home for 72 residents

About the role

  • Responsible for promoting independence, dignity, and the quality of life for our residents.
  • Help our residents maintain active and independent lives through the design, creation and delivery of individualised activity plans
  • Working closely with your colleagues within the homes you will design and create a calendar of entertainment within the home
  • Have a creative flare and thinking process.
