Altum Consulting are proud to be partnering with a global E-commerce organisation in their search for a Finance Transformation Manager.

The organisation has embarked on a large-scale transformation programme, which is centred around making Finance more efficientand effective.

This efficiency will be delivered through the implementation of a new Finance system and will be driven further by the continuous improvement of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership for the Finance Transformation programme.
Work closely with the wider business to ensure change and improvement is delivered effectively.
Ensure that the ESOAR Methodology is driven.
Effectively improve processes, through standardisation, optimisation, automation and finally robotisation
Work with the wider finance teams including transactional finance, management accounting and financial reporting to drive the transformation of their cultural ways of working, processes, policies, and systems.
Effectively document processes to further allow for standardisation.
Drive system and software implementation, whilst ensuring that such programmes are in line with the deliverables of the projects.
Draw up testing, UAT strategy and business readiness activities that align with programme delivery timelines.
Ensure compliance is met across the business in accordance with accounting standards and legislative frameworks.

About you

Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
Experience working in transformation programmes.
Project management experience (Project management certification is a bonus)
Clear and effective communicator with the ability to liaise with various stakeholder groups
An effective team payer who can work collaboratively across the organisation.
Extensive experience working with Excel and Visio
Change management experience.
