Care Quality and Compliance Lead

Location:
North Of England (Yorkshire, Newcastle and Liverpool).

Rate Of Pay:
£50,000 + £5,000 Travel Allowance + Overtime

Shift Patterns: 40hrs a week, Full Time.

Working as a Care Quality and Compliance Lead your duties will include the following:

Supporting and assisting senior managers in the delivery of a high-quality service by:
Using a measured approach to develop quality at local level through use of the risk register and/Continuous Action Plans and other quality tools as per company protocol.
Work alongside Registered Managers to highlight service deficiencies, nonconformities, and risk, providing support to develop action plans to rectify.
To review data and analyse themes and trends and report on as required.
Signpost staff to guidance and advice on policies and CQC standards, and support with regulatory compliance.
To support with the development and review of policy and ensure the most up to date policy and associated documents are accessible and used appropriately in practice.
Promote and share best practice across services, ensuring lessons learned are identified and disseminated effectively.
Undertake and support quality development as required.
To support staff to utilise the systems so they are able to understand how they are performing and demonstrate how they are the best at getting better across care and support.
To support and lead on Quality Projects as agreed by the Board

Necessary Experience or Qualifications to work as a Care Quality and Compliance Lead:

Track record of Compliance in the care sector.
Sound Knowledge of CQC Regulatory framework
Willing to listen and understand others and maintain credibility in your role.
Support others and gains trust
Develops people by helping staff individually and as groups so that they may perform the best they can.
Creative, delivers practical solutions, and flexible to meet others needs.
Willing to examine own values, principles and assumptions.
Learns from own experiences.
Motivates others by establishing clear direction and standards; providing opportunities for participation; motivating others by giving encouragement, recognition and personal support for their efforts and achievements.
Well organised, copes well under pressure, takes ownership, proactive and goal focused.
Transparent and open, keeps others informed, takes action and is sensitive to people's needs.
