Description
The purpose of this role is to train, coach and develop sales agents within the Direct Sales team in order to improve performance, whilst measuring quality and compliance against a set framework.
The role will also involve the training of Lead and Sales agents with our outsourcing partners across different locations.How will I spend my time in this role?
- To drive the Direct Sales Team to achieve Business Targets through effective coaching both individual and team;
- To provide initial training and ongoing support to our outsourcing partners across multiple sites;
- Deliver comprehensive Coaching/training (Daily/weekly);
- Ability to devise a New Starter induction programme and have overall Responsibility for the onboarding, training and competency of all new starters;
- To create and implement a robust QA framework by providing documented feedback, identifying trends and presenting results to Key stakeholders;
- Update team on Industry & Internal changes;
- Recognize behaviors and training needs to support individuals in their continued development;
- Ability to use current 'in house' training system and link into Daily/weekly coaching plans;
- Produce Evaluation activity, recommend and implement solutions for improvement;
- Design and deliver training programs both team and Individual.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
- Experience as a sales trainer/coach with experience of designing and implementing induction Programmes and detailed Coaching plans;
- Passionate about training and continuous improvement;
- Knowledge of the SME Market within the Energy Industry.
