TA/ Teaching Assistant needed for a School in Cramlington

  • Are you a Teaching Assistant/TA?
  • Are you compassionate and trustworthy?
  • Do you have experience working with Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2?


A school in Cramlington are looking for a caring and experienced Teaching Assistant to help support children with general classroom needs.

The post will involve working 1:1 with children and working in small groups, assisting with curriculum support. Knowledge of the current curriculum is desirable and a kind and warming demeanor is needed.

The adult required ideally should have experience of

  • KS1 & KS
  • Up to date knowledge of the current school curriculum
  • Must have a significant awareness of the need to keep children safe
  • Willingness to work with children with challenging behavior


Above all we require a caring adult who puts the needs of children first and will actively contribute towards a nurturing and caring environment.


The post is full time and to start in September.
To be part of this team you will ideally need to be:

  • A team player
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 Qualified
  • Minimum of 6 months school experience
  • Able to adapt to all environments
  • Nurturing and determined to help develop learning

Salary:
From £73.00 per day
