IT - 1st Line Support

Salary:
£25,000

Location:
Welwyn Garden City

Contract:
Permanent, full time

Hours:
Monday-Friday, Shifts between 8am and 6pm

The Role

Provide onsite 1st line IT helpdesk support
To include set up, installation, updates, reconfiguration and troubleshooting
Provide support with mixed hardware including laptops, tablets, mobile devices, telephony and printers.
Logging incidents, service requests and changes

Skills/Experience Required

Experienced in providing Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 support
Excellent all round IT support skills
Strong customer focussed approach with excellent client relationship skills
Excellent communication skills
Logical structured approach to problem analysis
