Contract:
Permanent, full time

Hours:
Monday-Friday, Shifts between 8am and 6pm

The Role

  • Provide onsite 1st line IT helpdesk support
  • To include set up, installation, updates, reconfiguration and troubleshooting
  • Provide support with mixed hardware including laptops, tablets, mobile devices, telephony and printers.
  • Logging incidents, service requests and changes
Skills/Experience Required

  • Experienced in providing Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 support
  • Excellent all round IT support skills
  • Strong customer focussed approach with excellent client relationship skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Logical structured approach to problem analysis
