This role will be to work as an Windows/Virtualisation SME providing infrastructure support for Onshore Hosting team. Role is NI based as travel toHill View House will be required to support the hosting infrastructure.

Capita is looking for an Infrastructure Specialist
This is a 3rd line role responsible for maintaining and supporting our Hosting platforms as well as multiple clients. Good Experience of virtualisation technologies, Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory and Infrastructure Hardware is required.
What you'll be doing:
- Support of Windows Server and associated virtualised platforms including hosted, distributed and cloud infrastructure (OS).
- Escalation point for 1st and 2nd line support.
- Resolving logged incidents in line with SLA's.
- Independent ability to research technical problems and solutions.
What we're looking for:
- Strong infrastructure support experience
- Experience/Knowledge of Virtualisation Technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), Microsoft Operating Systems.
- Azure
- Good operational understanding of Active Directory
- Understanding of enterprise level storage and backup systems.
- Good communication skills
- Problemsolving aptitude
