Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various commercial settings. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and healthy environment for employees and visitors.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
  • Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
  • Maintain cleanliness of floors by using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment as required
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
  • Assist with inventory control of cleaning supplies

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures
  • Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize work effectively
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if needed

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
£8.29-£11.96 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 25 per week
