Responsibilities:
The position of the Sales Coordinator is to provide our customers with first class Sales Support.
- To support the infield Sales Team with administration and customer updates To arrange the supply and return of loan equipmentTo support the Customer Care Service Coordinators as and when requiredTo support the Customer Care Service Administrators as and when required
Customer Service Experience requiredKnowledge of using IFS advantageousGood working knowledge of Excel preferableClear and concise written and spoken communication skillsAbility to work as part of a teamAbility to accurately record dataProblem solving skillsAbility to work as part of a teamAbility to multitaskYour competencies
