Sub Contract Administrator - Stockport, United Kingdom - OCU Group
Description
As we move in to 2023, here at OCU Group we are continuing with our sustained growth in all areas of our business.
Due to this, we now have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our subcontract team based out of our Stockport Head Office.
The purpose of the role is to work to tight deadlines ensuring subcontractor payments are made on time, all queries are dealt with to conclusion in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Set up and maintain supplier and subcontractor accounts.
- Checking invoices and getting them authorised for payment.
- Entering invoices onto sage construct and preparing for payment.
- Check and process all biometric profiles for payment.
- Review CIS deductions and complete the HMRC return.
- General administration as required.
- To carry out any projects or functions commensurate with your abilities as the company shall at its discretion determine.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar administration role; knowledge of CIS is desirable but not essential.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft office.
