About the Role:


  • Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).
  • Salary: £27, ,000
  • Assisting with disciplinary and grievance minutes as well as supporting the senior management team with all performance management procedures
  • All aspects of HR related administration
  • Carrying out return to work interviews and monitoring absences
  • Assisting with new employee inductions
  • Arranging necessary training for employees, liaising with the senior management team to ensure requirements are met
  • Recruitment job advertisements, arranging and conducting interviews and job offers
  • Permanent position for the right person.
  • Start: ASAP.
