Description

Our client requires Recycling Operatives to assist and advise customers to dispose of waste materials, whilst maximising site recycling rates.

Vacancies across all of Leicestershire - although you may need to work at different sites when required. Due to this you will need your own transport and access to a car.

The hours are 09:00 - 19:00 although not limited to due to the nature of the work. It could involve working outside of normal working hours, including bank holidays, weekends and out of hours working.

Experience:

Working in the waste industry or a similar manual working environment
Working with customers face to face
Team working
Working in an environment where Health and Safety is a key concern

Skills:

Customer focussed
Good communication skills
A willingness to be flexible, learn and undertake a variety of different tasks
Good organisational and interpersonal skills
Competent to operate fixed and mobile plant
Willingness to embrace change

Salary:
From £11.39 per hour
