Overview:


We're recruiting a CRM Executive to join this fast-paced and supportive Marketing and Business Development Team of a progressive law firm.


You will work directly with the Business Development & CRM Manager to deliver the Business Development and CRM strategy and collaborate with a friendly team that encourages forward thinking.


There's a lot to do as we're about to embark on getting the business using a CRM for the first time.

We need someone who'll embrace that challenge and bring their strong technical knowledge and enthusiastic approach to help deliver the firm's business objectives.


Responsibilities:


What you'll be doing as a CRM Executive:

  • Help develop the CRM system (InterAction) to support the firm's business strategy.
  • Maintain and execute the data cleansing/maintenance strategy.
  • Work with our legal teams to make the most of InterAction functionality to support their business development, client development and staying connected and up to date.
  • Work with our marketing team to help with database administration relating to campaign creation and success reporting.
  • Manage projects from start to finish and manage stakeholders' expectations.
  • Provide recommendations and be able to resolve questions.

Qualifications:

What we are looking for:


  • Previous experience of working in a similar role with InterAction, in a legal business development team.
  • A good communicator who can build rapport with everyone across the business and accustomed to adapting their style to different audiences.
  • Excellent attention to detail is of primary importance for this role, with a methodical and logical approach, with the skill to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Commercial, and financial awareness.
  • Understanding of the confidentiality issues surrounding the processing of data, data threats, our obligations under GDPR including staying abreast of industrywide data developments
  • Ability to identify themes or common inconsistencies and offer resolutions and provide recommendations to help resolve questions and make our users' life easy.
  • Experience in InterAction Windows/Web client and Admin tools essential.
  • Experience working with data essential.
  • Advanced Excel experience essential
