Clinical Negligence Paralegal

YOUR NEW COMPANY:
YOUR DAY TO DAY:
- Take instructions from clients
- Drafting documents, letter and court documents and contracts for the client's needs.
- Instruct counsel and experts
- Meeting court and tribunal deadlines
- Working in the Case Management system
- Business development
CANDIDATES SHOULD APPLY IF:
- LPC Graduate or SQE
- General interest and knowledge of Clinical Negligence
- Paralegal experience (ESSENTIAL)
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent communication
- Team player but able to work individually
