About the role


The successful applicant will join the Student Records Team within the Registry department, supporting registration, student finance queries, assessment and Partnerships related operations and activities to drive the continuous improvement of data relating to student record processing.

Essential qualities include excellent planning and organisational skills, along with the ability to exercise initiative, and a meticulous degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

As a team player with highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, you will be able to handle competing priorities and manage a diverse workload, responding constructively as challenges arise, and supporting colleagues in achieving the wider team's objectives.


You will ideally have knowledge of systems and processes involved in student administration and experience in providing a high quality service in recording, maintaining and analysing data.

You will be key to maintaining an accurate student record management system (SITS), and business process that underpin the key stages of the student life cycle.
