Would you like to be a part of an organised supportive team, with access to excellent offices a short walk from London Holborn tube?
If you have experience as a PA supporting director level or above this is a great interim 6-month full-time opportunity with a well-respected health membership organisation.
Highly competent and experienced PA, EA or Business/Team Coordinator with experience of working within a HR, office management or operations team (preferably HR).- Strong track record of successfully dealing with business and employee problems as they arise in a calm and orderly manner.
- Experience working and thriving in a fastpaced environment with ever changing business needs and varied workload.
- Strong diary and inbox management, minute taking and organisational skills.
- Excellent customer service.
- Someone is who willing and able to work as a team but also by themselves.
Excellent attention to detail
:
- Committee servicing experience (desirable but highly valued).
This is a temporary Personal Assistant role to start ASAP, you will be required to attend the offices at least 2 times per week and offered a flexible hybrid pattern.
