Our prestigious client in Sheffield is currently recruiting for a permanent Stock control/Warehouse Operator for their established business.


How to achieve higher pay rate:
Referenceable Work History or Experience and after qualifying period


Salary:
starting from £21,067- per annum


Benefits:

  • Monday-Friday 8am4pm

Job Purpose:


  • To ensure smooth running of the warehouse / goods in + out

Role of Department:


  • To ensure factory operatives has stock required for daily workload
  • To ensure all orders are scanned in the correct location and ready for collection or delivery
  • To ensure all stock levels are correct and orders are placed

Main tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Receive & Check Deliveries
  • Advise of any stock discrepancies and investigate stock stored according to regulations
  • Pick and deliver stock to workshop
  • Monthly stock takes securely pack any product for shipping
  • Daily housekeeping within stock / yard areas ensuring H & S practices are always to be followed
  • Place orders where necessary
  • Assist Warehouse Manager when necessary

Equipment & Machinery:


  • Previous experience in stock control
  • Needs to be physically fit
  • Computer Literate


  • Day shift

  • Monday-Thursday 84
