05Nov2023 We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to take a lead on the Marketing function across our two recruitment businesses, ASC Connections and Professional Technical. As Marketing Executive you will be responsible for:
Developing and managing the companies' social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
Collaboration with stakeholders to design marketing campaigns
Writing creative content across a variety of channels
Market research and competitor analysis
Lead generation and monitoring
Website content management and analytics
Internal communications
This role is key to the overall growth of the business, especially in terms of driving the branding of each individual sector.

Ideally you will offer the following skills:

Educated to Degree level (Marketing or Communications if possible) or vocational qualifications such as CIM
Driving marketing campaigns throughout the whole lifecycle including lead generation
Management of several projects and ability to deliver to deadlines
Social Media
SEO
Content writing
Wordpress
Google Analytics
Adobe Creative Suite
Video content creation/editing
As Marketing Executive you will receive an excellent package which includes a competitive salary plus private healthcare and pension. Holiday is 25 days plus one extra day each year (after 3 years' service) up to a maximum of 30 days.
This role will be based in our office in Birmingham city centre with travel to our other offices required on a regular basis, however there will also be the opportunity to work from home (WFH).
