Whether you're mad about football, sports or people, we're looking for a forward-thinking Learning & Inclusion Manager to be partof something special.
From the kick off, and working in partnership with the wider HR Team, you will ensure all colleagues access and obtain the Club's full breadth of learning opportunities.
This will include co-ordinating and delivering an annual calendar of learning eventswhilst also designing and delivering bespoke interventions that meet individual, team and organisational needs.
A key goal for you is maintaining and further building our culture of integrity and ambition, and our reputation as a leading employer with regards to inclusion and diversity: you'll take point in driving these elements across all areas of the Club supportedby the HR Director.
Who We're Looking For
As well as demonstrating proven capability and knowledge of Learning and Inclusion matters, you'll be confident in your ability to build influential relationships with colleagues across a variety of job roles and departments.
Whilst football may not be your sport, you'll have experience and confidence in dealing with regulatory, compliance and audit requirements as much as demonstrating your creative capabilities to deliver a successful and inspiring calendar of events and projects.
Your can-do attitude, as well as your honesty and integrity, means you are a trusted professional who is willing and able to provide support to others, and drive change where needed.
We're looking for somebody who is passionate and knows their stuff and is guided by always doing the right thing.
About The Club
Knowing some of the history of Leicester City Football Club helps you appreciate the sense of community, spirit and family for which the Foxes are renowned for.
Formed in 1884, the Club has been in the Premier League since 2014 when the Foxes were promoted as Championship winners.
This remarkable achievement qualified them for the UEFA Champions League forthe first time in the Club's history, and the Foxes went on to reach the quarter finals of the competition.
