About Our Client:

Our client is a well established marketing business with a great reputation within the industry based in Ripon. They are looking for a Administrator to join a growing team as they experience a busy period of growth.

Key responsibilities of the Administrator include:

  • Download and quality checking of all online and telephone sales orders
  • Quality checks to all orders received via Direct Despatch
  • Approving and verifying all personalised orders overseeing the control order process as well as despatches to and from the company's third party printer.
  • Monitor and plan bespoke consumer orders for future dates.
  • Conduct security checks on sales orders in line with compliance guidelines, to identify any fraudulent activity.
  • Log daily sales and balance daily order numbers.
  • Workflow management in the absence of the Control Team Supervisor.
  • Overseas courier orders administration.

The Successful Applicant:


The successful administrator should have:

  • Previous Administration or Customer Service role
  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Hard working and committed to the company goals
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Experience using Magento
