The Company

My client, who is providing architectural and design service is looking for Architectural Technologist to join their team.

They specialize in designs for hotels, offices, residential, refurbishments

The Role


Job responsibilities for Architectural Technologist:

  • Production of Technical drawings and details and BIM coordination through Revit
  • Assistance with formulating and communicating the brief effectively to colleagues as required
  • Carry out studies and design proposals for review
  • Cooperate with other members of the Architectural design team
  • Work closely with clients to understand goals and to develop and support viable solutions
  • Providing a practical and methodical approach to solving problems, working to fixed budgets and working within deadlines
  • Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction method
Qualifications & Experience


Skills and requirements:

  • A degree in Architectural Technology, or be ARB registered
  • Have technical design experience in Architecture
years post qualification experience as Architectural Technologist

  • Revit experience is essential
  • Advanced 3D capabilities
  • Knowledge of UK best practice standards
  • Ability to express ideas effectively, orally, graphically and in writing
  • Revit and AutoCAD skills
  • Residential sector knowledge and experience from RIBA stages 3 through to 7
