Fram are working with a nationwide IFA who are directly authorised.

Due to their continue growth and expansion plans they are seeking an operations associate who wants to play a fundamental part in this journey.

Our client has offices across different locationsand this role is to work collaboratively with the directors of those offices to support and deliver the integration of Intelliflo CRM and supporting systems.

The role is home based but there is an element of travel around 2/3 nights a month, and the occasionaltrip to their head office in London.


Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering Intelliflo training systems to all employees
  • Running Webinars of key areas
  • Dealing with employee queries
  • Process and gap analysis of financial planner and administration workflows
  • Data Analysis
  • Support the migration and integration of Intelliflo systems.
  • Assess training needs and create a training plan.
