Description

A major global law firm is looking for a proactive and energetic Communications Manager with gravitas and professional credibility to manage and drive the PR strategy for the firm's transactional practice groups.

The Communications Manager will focus on driving profile, reputation and communications for the firm's preeminent global Corporate, Finance and Real Estate practices.

You will be responsible for building, developing and managing the promotion of these leadingpractices among the relevant top-tier business and trade and sector publications in the UK and the region.

The role holder will devise and implement PR plans, which link to the firm's wider strategy, and will set targets and metrics for media coverage.

Actingas an ambassador of both the firm and the communications team, internally and externally, you will work with the management teams of the relevant practice areas and the wider Corporate Communications team to ensure that major profile-raising projects and globalplans are strategically aligned across the firm to heighten the profile of the firm's transactional practices globally.

As well as being embedded with the relevant transactional practices, the successful applicant will work closely with BD, marketing, brandand digital teams to develop and support profile-raising and promotional activities.
