Description
We have an opportunity for a HR Advisor to join an established professional company.

This is an all-round generalist role it is varied and will involve day to day responsibilities and all assist with delivering project-based initiatives.


  • Implementing new initiatives including learning and development, and employee wellbeing
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are kept up to date
  • Assisting in the review and improvement of performance management processes; annual performance reviews, investigations for disciplinary/grievances, sickness/absent management
  • Drafting job opportunity adverts, uploading to our website, briefing recruitment agents, arranging interviews, preparing offer letters, contracts and job descriptions
  • Actively involved in new starter induction programme
  • Processing leavers, handles flexible working requests
  • Handling employee queries
  • Maintaining uptodate data base with personnel records
  • Is enthusiastic and keen to learn, is invested in keeping up to date with HR practice and development in the legal market
