Description
We have an opportunity for a HR Advisor to join an established professional company.This is an all-round generalist role it is varied and will involve day to day responsibilities and all assist with delivering project-based initiatives.
- Implementing new initiatives including learning and development, and employee wellbeing
- Ensuring policies and procedures are kept up to date
- Assisting in the review and improvement of performance management processes; annual performance reviews, investigations for disciplinary/grievances, sickness/absent management
- Drafting job opportunity adverts, uploading to our website, briefing recruitment agents, arranging interviews, preparing offer letters, contracts and job descriptions
- Actively involved in new starter induction programme
- Processing leavers, handles flexible working requests
- Handling employee queries
- Maintaining uptodate data base with personnel records
- Is enthusiastic and keen to learn, is invested in keeping up to date with HR practice and development in the legal market
