Description

We have an opportunity for a HR Advisor to join an established professional company.

This is an all-round generalist role it is varied and will involve day to day responsibilities and all assist with delivering project-based initiatives.

Implementing new initiatives including learning and development, and employee wellbeing
Ensuring policies and procedures are kept up to date
Assisting in the review and improvement of performance management processes; annual performance reviews, investigations for disciplinary/grievances, sickness/absent management
Drafting job opportunity adverts, uploading to our website, briefing recruitment agents, arranging interviews, preparing offer letters, contracts and job descriptions
Actively involved in new starter induction programme
Processing leavers, handles flexible working requests
Handling employee queries
Maintaining uptodate data base with personnel records
Is enthusiastic and keen to learn, is invested in keeping up to date with HR practice and development in the legal market
