to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday. 28 days holiday + BH's with a Christmas shut down.

Answer and reply to social media enquiries, regarding prices, shipping, product ranges etc
Advise customers on ranges best suited to them, how to use, potential allergies and special offers
Investigate any complaints, find a resolution and ensure the customer always receive the best outcome
Send out videos and clips to assist with their purchases
