to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday. 28 days holiday + BH's with a Christmas shut down.The essence of the role
The scope of the role
- Answer and reply to social media enquiries, regarding prices, shipping, product ranges etc
- Advise customers on ranges best suited to them, how to use, potential allergies and special offers
- Investigate any complaints, find a resolution and ensure the customer always receive the best outcome
- Send out videos and clips to assist with their purchases
- 2 years experience working in a web chat or online customer service role
- Happy to be in the office 2 days a week and 3 days from home
- London based
- Excellent telephone manner
- Interested in the Beauty sector
