Currently going through a period of great growth, you would be able to really see the impact that you haveon the business, as well as all the products you could ever want 3 days in the office and 2 from home, standard working hours are 9.30 a.m.

to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday. 28 days holiday + BH's with a Christmas shut down.

The essence of the role

The scope of the role

  • Answer and reply to social media enquiries, regarding prices, shipping, product ranges etc
  • Advise customers on ranges best suited to them, how to use, potential allergies and special offers
  • Investigate any complaints, find a resolution and ensure the customer always receive the best outcome
  • Send out videos and clips to assist with their purchases
Prerequisites

  • 2 years experience working in a web chat or online customer service role
  • Happy to be in the office 2 days a week and 3 days from home
  • London based
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Interested in the Beauty sector
