DEBRIEF OPERATIVE
Menzies Distribution are looking for a Debrief Coordinator to join our express parcels team. You'll be working on behalf of Menzies Distribution Limited and its customers.

Providing a first-class service with our team in Bow, this role is based on a basic40-hour week working Monday to Friday.

DEBRIEF OPERATIVE DUTIES

Answering telephone calls, assisting customers with enquiries, and adhering to depot KPI's
Assisting drivers with locating addresses and providing delivery instructions
Assisting customers and providing excellent customer service
Debrief of drivers ensuring processes are followed correctly
Ensuring contractor paperwork is completed
Basic administrative duties
To implement the Health and Safety Policy, ensuring and maintaining a safe working environment at all times
To implement the Security Policy ensuring and maintaining a secure passage of goods for the customer
Carry out such other duties as may reasonably be requested by the Management or the Shift Manager

REQUIREMENTS

An understanding of transport legislation and logistics operations
Experience of working in a transport/logistics environment
Able to react quickly to information, helping solve any challenges to routes
Experience using inhouse transport management systems is an advantage
