Milk Education are working with one of their partnership SEND schools in Wigan, recruiting a SEND Teacher to cover maternity leave.

The school are looking for a SEND Teacher who will be required to teach across KS3 and KS4. The school offers a curriculumthat enables the students to progress academically and also develop key life skills.


The successful SEND Teacher will have experience of SEMH, ASD and ADHD and must have a caring, nurturing and resilient nature.

This role is due to commence after the February 1⁄2 term and will continue until the end of the academic year.


The successful SEND Teacher must have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the U.K
  • Experience with SEMH, ASD and ADHD
  • A passion for delivering engaging and interactive lessons
  • Good classroom management skills
