A well respected mutual insurer is currently seeking a Company Secretary to lead on all governance related matters for the Group.

This role will report into the General Counsel and will be responsible for all Board and Committee meetings and advising on governance where necessary.


This role will be suitable for an individual with prior experience working within a highly regulated environment and confidence building relationships with senior executives across the organisation.

FCA and PRA experience is preferred along with a full CGI qualification.
