Customer service advisor - Up to -£ Leicester (Office based)


Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a fantastic client of ours which franchise with top brands across the UK, who are now looking for a customer service advisor to join their team.


Within this role you will be responsible for delivering customer service to the highest standards, providing solutions and supporting their customers and clients.

Customer Service responsibilities:


  • Processing enquires with a high standard of accuracy
  • Working within a passionate and fast paced team to deliver the best possible customer service
  • Acting as the first point of contact for your customers and clients
  • Resolve any queries in the best interest of all parties

Hours
Hours Monday

  • Friday 8:30AM5:00PM

Required skills and Experience:


  • Previous experience of delivering a high standard of customer service
  • Confident communicator both written and verbally
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite computer software
  • Efficient with problem solving
  • No unspent criminal records
