Insurance Matchmaker - Classic and Unique Vehicles

Salary -£19,000 starting salary + £200-£800 per month in commission

Location:

St Ives, Cambridgeshire

Hours- Shifts between 8:30am and 7:30pm Mon-Fri, 2 Saturdays per month 8:30pm-4:00pm

Overview

My client is a large and leading Insurance Group who are seeking motivated and positive individuals to join their team in St Ives specialising in Insurance for Classic and Unique vehicles.

Role Purpose

The main purpose of the role is to provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers to talk through and offer Insurance solutions to meet the customer's needs.

This is a customer service position with a sales and renewals focus. There will be no cold calling as this type of insurance is Niche.

So, the people you will be speaking to will have shown interest, made a previous enquiry or be an existing customer up forrenewal.

Salary
Excellent progressive basic salary plus on target earnings of up to £8,000 p/a commission
Starting Salary - £19,000 + commission
After 9 Months - £20,000 + commission
After 12 Months - £21,000 + commission
After 18 Months - £22,000 + commission

Shifts / Hours

Over a two-week period Typical rota looks like:

Week 1
Monday to Friday

Week 2
Monday and Friday
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Saturday
