**Estimator - New Build/Residential Housing

Leeds

Up to £65,000 (DOE) + Car / Allowance + Benefits + Bonus
Are you an experienced Estimator looking for an exciting new challenge? Have you previously worked on new build residential schemes? If so, we may be able to help you


Here at Howells Recruitment, we are working with a reputable House Builder to find a successful and proactive Estimator to join their team in West Yorkshire, working on new build residential schemes.

We are looking for somebody with acute commercial awareness skills who has knowledge and understanding of Affordable Housing and all key business pressures and drivers.

The Estimator must have knowledge of contract types and procurement options with an understandingof local subcontract market conditions and pricing levels.

For this role, you must be able to easily form relationships with Key Stakeholders and have excellent IT skills.


This is a permanent, full time role for which you will receive an excellent salary depending on skills and experience plus benefits.
