I am currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, passionate, and reliable
Sales Administrator to work closely with clients and distributors UK wide.
You must be able to build rapport with ease and have a naturally inquisitive nature to develop and grow accounts through regular contact.
You also need to manage realistic expectations, be exceptionally organised and have a strong team work ethic.Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Head of Sales.
- Produce quotes, process customer orders, and manage requests.
- Resolve customer issues.
- Manage invoicing queries.
- Update and cleanse the customer database.
- Support the organisation with trade shows, conferences, and sales meetings with the marketing team.
To be considered you must:
- Strong relationship builder.
- Positive attitude.
- IT Literate.
- Be well organised and have excellent attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Someone who is determined and has initiative.
Experience:
- Customer Service experience.
- Retail experience.
- Excel experience knowledge is a must.

- Monday to Friday
- 9 till 5.30pm
