Coffee Shop Supervisor


Duties:


  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
  • Take customer orders and accurately input them into the cash register
  • Operate espresso machines and other equipment to brew coffee and steam milk
  • Prepare food items such as sandwiches, pastries, and snacks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area
  • Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient service
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling food and beverages

Skills:


  • Strong knowledge of retail math for cash handling purposes
  • Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
  • Ability to operate a cash register and handle basic math calculations
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus

Job Type:
Part-time
