Description
Monarch Healthcare are recruiting for a receptionist to join our team at Heeley Bank Care Home, Sheffield, S2.This is a full-time position, working between the days of Monday and Friday. The rate of pay is in line with national minimum wage.
Responsibilities can include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain accurate records line with Company policy and procedures
- Prepare and issue reports as required
- Process receipts of monies against Clients' accounts and maintain records
- Maintain files and records for Clients and Staff in line with Company procedures and regulation
- Provide administrative support to the Management and Administration team
- Answer the telephone, respond to enquiries from Clients and visitors at Reception, and redirect enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner
- Welcome visitors to the nursing home
- Good numerical and word processing skills
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages including Excel and Outlook.
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Genuine interest in working within a caring environment
