HR ADVISOR

TRAFFORD PARK

UP TO £35,000 + EXCELLENT BENEFITS
Reed HR have partnered with a fantastic company to recruit a HR Advisor for their growing team.


This is a HR generalist role, reporting to the HR Manager to help and support line managers with employee matters on a daily basis.

You will help the organisation run smoothly by ensuring that all employees act in line with company policies and all processesare complaint.

If you have proven previous experience in HR and are able to actively listen and effectively communicate with all levels, and are now looking for a new professional challenge I would love to hear from you


Responsibilities:


  • Support the HR Manager to deliver peoplerelated processes, vision and strategy of the company
  • Support managers with dealing withand participate in any employee disciplinaries and grievances
  • Provide support for payroll requirements
  • Coordinate and support recruitment and onboard new starters in the company
  • Assist with performance management and reviews
  • Support with day to day HR issues
  • Maintain and manage absence
  • Keep training up to date in line with learning and development
  • Administer all employee related paper work
  • Administer financial aspects such as payroll, compensation and benefits

The person:


  • CIPD qualified (level 3 or 5)
  • Experienced HR professional, at least 2 years
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic and cando attitude
  • Working closely with the HR Manager and build relationships across the business
  • Able to offer advice across different levels in the business
  • Confident, dynamic and a team player
  • Able to oversee and perform HR administrative duties
