Position:


Key responsibilities:

  • Review projects establishing exact requirements of works
  • Advise client of quotations and steps required
  • Ensure site is updated and ready for any supply and metering works
  • Ensure electrical contractors are fully informed of works
  • Ensure internal parties and systems are updated of activity and progress
  • Ensure industry records are updated correctly
  • Ensure projects are managed within expected timescales
  • Regularly update key stakeholders on projects
  • Maintain an agreed level of projects, supporting team members when required

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Project Administrator/coordinator, or similar role.
  • Experience of working towards specified KPIs.
  • Experience of working within a client service role resolving client queries and problemsolving metering issues.
  • Able to drive own development and identify development areas
  • Good working knowledge of the UK energy industry.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft, especially in Excel.
  • Excellent organisation and prioritising skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organisation.
  • Accurate, with ability to pay close attention to detail.
  • Able to identify problems and provide solutions or implement escalation to Management team.
  • Good knowledge of metering process and products.
  • Good working knowledge of MOP and supplier processes
  • Good working knowledge of siteworks and physical installations
  • Able to work independently as well as a part of a team.

  • Salary £24k£28.7k per annum
