Description
A boutique hotel in Bloomsbury would like an addition to their front desk team to help support with:
Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and checkout

Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanour

Respond to all guest questions and requests in person or on the phone

Manage guest bookings and reservations, bills

Complaints handling

Keep a tidy and orderly work space

Concierge services

Liaising effectively with other departments, (maintenance, housekeeping, long let department)

Assessing issues that may arise and offer a prompt solution according to the company's procedures

Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed

The property offers breakfast, helping the housekeeping team by taking breakfast orders or showing people to tables.


The property does a minimum amount of in house laundry, even though housekeeping will try their best to finish everything on their shift, sometimes help will be needed, to just turn a washing machine on or folding some towels after they were dried.

Opera PMS skills required.


Schedule:
12-hour shift 8am to 8pm every weekend.
