Description
Concept Resourcing are currently recruiting IT Deployment/Upgrade Engineers commutable to Newcastle to support a hardware rollout.


Contract Duration:
Monthly Rolling Contract

Rate information:

- £147.00 per day payable via Umbrella or Ltd Company

  • Monday to Friday work
  • Predominantly site based with travel to satellite offices required
  • Mileage covered for travel to satellite offices at 0.35 ppm
  • ASAP start

The Role:


  • Prepare, install, and configure computer hardware (laptops, desktops, smart phones, and monitors) operating systems for customer
  • Upgrading to Office 36
  • Deliver laptop or other hardware to customer and assist at firsttime log in
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Cable management
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware faults if required
  • Supporting end users face to face
  • Migration of user data
  • Application installs and support
  • Support set up of hardware
  • See tasks through to completion
  • Provide good quality customer service at all times and establish good working relationships
  • Excellent skills in user IT Deployment
  • Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Handhelds, Smart phones etc
  • Ability to interact with customers to ensure that the service is polite, efficient, and responsive
  • Ability to work on their own initiative
  • To work through issues analytically and successfully
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area required
  • Prior experience on Laptops, Workstations, Notebooks, Smart phones and Printers
  • Prior experience with ticketing systems
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and local language)
  • Background security check required must be able to complete successfully
This role is exempt from IR35 due to business size.

Ltd company engineers will need to provide all relevant ltd company insurances
