Position:
Insurance Claims Handler

Location:
Loughborough, Leicestershire

Salary:
Highly competitive


Our client is a very successful insurance brokers based in Loughborough, Leicestershire and are now seeking to recruit an experienced insurance claims handler to expand their friendly and busy team.

You will be part of a team offering the highest service levels and supporting clients throughout the claims process.


You will handle a variety of claims, so an understanding of the industry and exemplary customer service skills will be essential, along with the ability to communicate with clients at all levels.


Daily duties will include:


  • End to end claims handling
- working with clients, insurers and loss adjusters

  • Providing timely communication throughout the claim
  • Work as part of a team to ensure claims are handled professionally and efficiently

Experience required:


  • Minimum of 12 months claims handling experience
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Adaptable and flexible to work requirements
  • Self motivated and always professional
  • Ability to prioritise, plan and organise own workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
