2nd Line Support Analyst - Bromley - £30,000-£37,000 + Excellent Benefits - Leading Entertainment Provider

Overview:


A highly rated company with a fantastic reputation providing a unique opportunity are looking to fill the role of a 2nd Line Support Analyst.

As the Support Analyst you will provide support within the company with IT hardware, software and telecommunicationsystems. You will maintain a high level of customer service at all times


Role & Responsibilities:


  • Build, deploy and maintain IT Hardware to a high level
  • To offer IT Support at all local sites
  • Ensure logged jobs are reviewed and maintained, know when to reassign or escalate jobs to provide highest level service, follow up on calls and see through to resolution
  • Liaise with users regarding issues, change requests and tasks
- offering desk side and remote support.

  • To support users with use of business telecommunication systems, troubleshooting and escalating where required
  • To be aware of cyber security, making a conscious effort to work in a safe, controlled environment at all times.
  • To keep uptodate with developments in the IT industry and consider how these may be implemented into IT Infrastructure, or affect existing systems
  • To follow the change management process at all times, ensuring all jobs logged and passed through the correct approval routes

Essential Skills & Experience:


  • At least 3 years' experience on IT preferably with an IT qualification
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Antivirus Solutions, Backup Solutions, PC Hardware,
  • IT Hardware: Desktop and Laptop Support
  • Desktop and laptop build and deployment
  • Printers, Plotters and scanners
  • Desktop and

Laptop Software:
MS Office, Windows OS, CAD products, Adobe, Cintra CRM

  • CCTV Hardware
  • Mobile Phones, Desk Phones and Tablet Devices

Package:


  • Salary up to £37,000
