About The Role:

Here at CarFinance 247, we are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join our Finance department. The Credit Controller will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks.

Managing receivables due from car dealers, customers and lenders, collecting outstanding debts and minimising bad debts and losses for the company.

This role would be ideal for an individual with experience of accounts receivable/sales ledger credit control.

Responsibilities Include

Making arrangements for the collection of outstanding debt from car dealers, customers and lenders.
Support the credit control supervisor with unwinds and cancellations.
Always working in an organised fashion to ensure productivity and effective management and prioritisation of case load.
Developing an internal network of relationships within various teams to help resolve issues.
Understanding key metrics and KPIs within this role.
Maintaining case management and CRM systems with accurate and comprehensive notes.

About You:

Ideally having previous experience within a collections/credit control role
Strong negotiating and questioning skills
Ability to digest data from various sources and identify actions required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high attention to detail
Knowledge of dealing with high volumes of transactions is preferable and ability to perform mail merges would be beneficial
