Customer Care Coordinator - New Build Housing

Norwich

£25,000 - £30,000 + Holidays + Benefits
My Client are a reputable residential new home builder.

With a good reputation and a strong work force team, they deliver quality affordable and private houses across the UK.

Currently in need of a Customer Care Coordinator/Customer Service Coordinator. This is a full time position Mon - Fri.

Key Requirements

  • Office /call centre customer service experience
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • PC Literate, MS Office
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment ideally for a main contractor or housing developer
Key Responsibilities

  • Dealing with incoming queries and inputting details onto the inhouse system
  • Deliver a professional and helpful after sales service to all customers
  • Liaising with depts to resolve issues
  • Ensure customers are all contacted within company timelines

Experience working in Construction/Housing is essential. You must understand and have experience with defects / repairs within new homes.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Norwich, Norfolk: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
